*For those of you that don't know, Rob has a blog. It's http://itsnotyouitsrob.com/ . Here are his most recent posts.

so everyone sees all us guys in bands wearing tight jeans, well this is what we go through trying to get em off all the time. haha im just messin but this is hilarious mainly because its Seinfeld so I think once a week I’m gonna start posting some of my favorite Seinfeld clips.

some of you may know some may not but before I did the band full time, hockey was pretty much the only thing I really did. About a year and a half ago I had stopped playing a lot so we can tour and get more serious. Its so tough to stop doing something you love so much but for this band it was way worth it. I miss hockey everyday and any chance I get I try and jump back on the rink. The other night I was able to play in an alumni game and it was the first time I have played in about a year and a half. It felt so good to get back out there with all of the kids that I played with for so long. Whenever you are part of a team you all have a special bond with each other and I miss that. These guys would do anything on and off the rink for me. I cant even explain how good it felt to just get back out there and play again. Even the little stuff like the locker room conversations, joking around on the rink, the tough guy hockey player attitude that everyone has, everything about it I’ve missed so much and just to be around it again for one night was awesome. Heres a picture of two of my boys who I used to play with at school. Its a little different look then the tight jeans and v-neck ;)

so i’m gonna let you all in on a big secret of mine. I still find a way to have cookies and milk every night before going to bed. Now there is a lot more to this than you think. It’s not easy to get the invite to sit at the table with me and join. So far many have tried and just couldn’t cut it. The only one who is now successfully my sidekick at this is the one and only Brian Maddox. You cant just sit down with any cookie and dunk it in the milk and say your a professional. The prep work, technique, and finishing touches are all too important to overlook if you want to join this exclusive group. I’ll probably have to make a video next time Brian and I are together to show you the proper ways. I will also have the infamous Zach Snyder show you exactly how not to get into this group as he was the first one thrown out as me and Brian were in an uproar when he tried to dunk two cookies at once, ugh ridiculous it makes me sick. But anyway, just thought i’d give you a brief insight on this talented task of mine and more will come! haha thanks!
